In 2017, attorney Lauren Carroll successfully resolved a workers’ compensation case in which our client hurt his wrist while working at a bakery. He slipped on water and fell on the wrist of his dominant arm, injuring it badly. He had to have hardware surgically installed in his wrist, which subsequently became infected, causing him to need a second surgery to repair the damage. As a result of his work injury, he had permanent work restrictions for his arm, hand and wrist.
