Dana Charback Sullivan is a founding partner of CLG. She focuses her practice on civil litigation matters, including personal injury and premise liability. She has successfully represented hundreds of plaintiffs and has gained extensive experience with General District Court trials.
In addition to being a skilled trial lawyer, Dana has specialized expertise in working with Medicare, Medicaid and other health care providers. She uses this expertise to help clients reduce the amounts owed to these entities prior to and following resolution. Dana is skilled in auditing liens filed by private and government health care providers, ensuring that her clients receive maximum care at an appropriate costs. Dana’s experience is crucial in maximizing recoveries for her clients through tireless understanding of medical and insurance billing.
Dana received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. While attending law school, Dana worked as a law clerk at a small plaintiff’s firm in Jacksonville, Florida.
