Kaitlyn Summers is a workers’ compensation paralegal at Commonwealth Law Group. She received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a double minor in Psychology and Strategic Intelligence from Liberty University in 2016, where she was the president of the Criminal Justice Honors Society.
Prior to starting at CLG in 2019, Kaitlyn worked as a paralegal at a workers’ compensation defense firm, where she got a good overview of the workers’ compensation system. “I love working at Commonwealth Law Group because it gives me a chance to make a change in the lives of the injured workers we represent,” says Kaitlyn. “I know this is an upsetting experience for our clients, and it’s my job to make this process as stress-free as possible.”
Kaitlyn is known around the office for being optimistic and organized. She’s always got a pristine calendar and an inspirational saying on her computer wallpaper. Outside of work, she loves to relax by playing softball and working out (often while listening to an inspirational podcast or the latest Jason Aldean jam!). She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her baby nephew.
