Madison Metro is Commonwealth Law Group’s Intake Manager. In this role, her responsibilities include gathering facts and detailed information about potential client cases and coordinating with one of CLG’s attorneys to determine whether the case can move forward. If a decision to move forward is reached, Madison organizes the paperwork to sign the case. Madison is one of the first people you’ll speak with if you have a personal injury or workers’ compensation claim.
Before joining CLG in October 2017, Madison gained experience in several related areas of law including being a workers’ compensation adjuster with a large insurance company, in addition to selling nurse case management services to employers and insurance adjusters. These experiences helped her gain a thorough understanding of the entire workers’ compensation process. Madison brings this well-rounded insight to her work at CLG.
However, her previous experiences didn’t provide her with the opportunity to help injured employees and private citizens in seeking the justice they deserve, so she describes her move to CLG as “coming to the bright side.”
Madison graduated from Radford University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Business Management and Marketing. After college, she followed a cousin’s lead and joined an insurance company where she quickly realized she wanted to be on the other side of the case. “Here at CLG, I get to help people overcome their financial struggles that a worker’s comp injury has caused, and it feels great.”
Madison grew up in a small town outside of Blacksburg, VA and still loves to visit her extended family in the beautiful mountainous town. The moment she crosses the mountain into Giles a wave of relief comes over her: she’s home. As one of the only members of her family living outside of southwest Virginia, she enjoys adventures in her new city and playing with her 3-year-old son. She has learned that “Nothing is more relaxing than watching a happy child playing.”
